Born in the United Kingdom and educated in both the UK and the US, Dr. Cooper has an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1993) and has taught 13 years in secondary education and 18 years in higher education. Dr. Cooper teaches Networking, Network Security, Programming in Java and C++, Computer Organization and DSP.
